WRK Earthworks is a locally owned and operated business based in the Bay of Plenty. Founded by Will Harrison, with over 17 years of hands-on experience in civil construction, we’ve built a reputation for reliability, hard work, and doing what we say we will.
We work across residential, commercial, and civil infrastructure projects - with the team, equipment, and experience to deliver high-quality results where getting it right the first time matters.

Over the past two years, we’ve expanded our capabilities, delivering precision earthworks on major, high-security infrastructure projects across New Zealand. We’ve also added a concrete division, allowing us to offer more complete project solutions.
Working within tightly controlled environments has strengthened our commitment to the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Now, we’re ready to get back to servicing our local community.

Will Harrison - Director
Will founded WRK Earthworks in 2022, with more than 17 years in the civil construction industry. He’s worked on everything from residential driveways to major infrastructure projects, bringing the same attention to detail and drive to every job.
Since opening, WRK Earthworks has grown to include a skilled, experienced team. Our crew brings years of hands-on knowledge across earthworks, civil projects, haulage, and concreting, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Together, we combine expertise, reliability, and a strong work ethic to deliver results our clients can trust.
